By ordering contact lens from the Market Mall Eye Clinic online store, you understanding that it is a requirement to have valid sight test and a valid contact lens prescription. It is also understood that if either of these is not valid or expired, you are required to have these updated at any Optometry clinic or Market Mall Eye Clinic. The cost at Market Mall Eye Clinic for an Eye Examination is $100 and starting at $40 for contact lens fitting ($40 sphere lens fitting, $55 toric lens fitting and $75 for a multifocal lens fitting).
Market Mall Eye Clinic recommends daily disposable contact lenses, due to reduced risk of infection and contact lens related problems. We recommend that when the lenses are worn, they should look good, feel good and see good. If ever this is not the case, we recommend you remove your contact lenses and book an appointment at the clinic for a follow-up. The lens are not to be slept in and we recommend using contact lens artificial tears drops for comfort.

Market Mall Optometrists stands behind the quality of their products. For purchases made directly from Market Mall Eye Clinic’s online store, we offer an exchange on unopened and unmarked contact lens boxes within 6 months of its expiration date.
Solutions, eye drops, and macular degeneration products are non-refundable. Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may exchange solutions, eye drops, and macular degeneration items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Original sales receipts are required for all returns and exchanges. All returned items must be in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Returns and exchanges must be sent prepaid to us, and customers are responsible for return postage for an exchange.
