14. Why do you think we should hire you over another candidate?
15. How much do you know about eyes? Mention a brief summary of any specific related topics you are familiar with about the eyes (i.e. dry eye disease, myopia control)
16. What is your earliest available start date?
17. What is expectation range on your pay?
